Ayvens: a new era of eco-responsible work
Born from the acquisition of LeasePlan France by ALD Automotive, the global mobility player part of the Societe Generale group, Ayvens France has recently set up its headquarters in the CityLife building in Nanterre, near Paris La Défense.
With 11,080 m2 spread over 4 floors, Ayvens France now occupies nearly 55% of the building, becoming the main tenant with a total of 880 workstations.
Ayvens France moves to Nanterre: a step towards a sustainable future
The CityLife building was chosen because it has many positive features that meet the Group’s standards in terms of workspace, environmental impact and employee well-being.
This building meets the ambitions of the new Ayvens structure, as well as the Group’s objectives of deploying flex office, providing new premises adapted to the hybrid working model, and reducing our real estate footprint by choosing more virtuous buildings with environmental certifications. Built in 2019, this recent building has the highest environmental certifications (HQE Excellent and Breeam Excellent).
Innovative measures for an optimal working environment
Societe Generale’s Real Estate Department played a key role in this transition, from negotiating the lease to fitting out the building, while meeting Ayvens' requirements to provide its employees with a collaborative, innovative and user-friendly workplace.
The CityLife building has the advantage of being close to public transport and offers plenty of green spaces. Employees can take advantage of free self-service electric bicycles and a large cafeteria where they can eat lunch on site. Finally, rest areas, an infirmary and a breastfeeding room are also planned for the well-being of employees.
Internationally: a harmonized corporate culture
Ayvens is not limited to France. The company, which operates in 42 countries, is currently carrying out a number of international projects to bring the Lease Plan and ALD Automotive teams together.
Through these projects, around the world, Ayvens is striving to create a new harmonized corporate culture, while promoting a sustainable and flexible way of working.
