Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking appoints new Global Head of Traders, Commodity Finance & Agribusiness

Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking (SG CIB) is pleased to announce the appointment of Emmanuel Chesneau as Global Head of Traders, Commodity Finance & Agribusiness, effective 1st September, 2017.

Based in Paris, in his new role, Emmanuel will be responsible on a global basis for the coverage of trading companies and corporate commodity finance across all sectors covering energy, metals and agribusiness. Emmanuel was previously Regional Head of Traders, Commodity Finance & Agribusiness for the Americas as well as Deputy Regional Head for the Americas for Natural Resources and Infrastructure based out of New York.

Emmanuel replaces Dominique Beretti who will focus on expanded responsibilities as Deputy Global Head of Natural Resources & Infrastructure.  Dominique also remains as a Senior Manager for the UK Natural Resources & Infrastructure teams and will remain based in London.
