Societe Generale appoints Françoise Guillaume as Group Head of Sourcing

Societe Generale announces the appointment of Françoise Guillaume as Group Head of Sourcing, effective 30 January 2017.

Based in Paris, Françoise reports to Françoise Mercadal-Delasalles, Group Head of Corporate Resources and Innovation. Françoise Guillaume remplaces André Sépaniak who is retiring.

In her new position, Françoise Guillaume will leverage her expertise and experience in resources management as well as her deep knowledge of the Group to head the Sourcing Division and manage the network of Group Sourcing managers worldwide.
The Sourcing Division's main missions are to identify  the most appropriate solutions to improve the Group's operational efficiency, in line with the Group’s divisions’ needs and to maintain close-knit trusting relationships with all of the Group’s suppliers.


Biography
Françoise Guillaume joined Societe Generale in 1985. After working within the Finance Division and then the Asset Management Division (SGAM), she became in 2007 Chief Financial Officer of the Group’s Corporate Resources Division before being appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Global Chief Operating Officer of Newedge in 2011. She was Deputy Head of the Wealth Management Solutions Division within Societe Generale Private Banking since 2014. She graduated from ENSAE (École Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Économique).
