Apart from these three main associations, Societe Generale also supports other associations in other African countries involved in professional or educational integration activities and projects enabling integration through sports and cultural activities. These activities form part of our bank's social mission for the development of Africa.
Cameroon
La Chaîne des Foyers Saint-Nicodème
La Chaîne des Foyers Saint-Nicodème works with problem children and young people in Cameroon, helping them to integrate into society. It operates four centres located in disadvantaged areas in Nyalla, New Bell, Nylon-Brazzaville and PK 24, which provide schooling, professional training and family mediation. Every year, it helps to integrate more than 200 young people. Since its creation, the association has helped 8,000 young people, 5,500 of which are now firmly integrated into society.

Institut Européen de Coopération et de Développement (IECD)
The Institut Européen de Coopération et de Développement implements development projects in order to build environments in which people can discover their talents, build a better future for themselves, and assume a responsible role in their country. Since its creation in 1988, the IECD has developed expertise in three key areas: - Training and professional integration of young people; - Entrepreneurship; - Support for educational and healthcare structures. The IECD operates in 15 countries in Africa, the Middle East and Asia, and is currently managing around fifty development projects.
Morocco
Kane Ya Makane
The Kane Ya Makane association believes that art and culture can play a significant role in helping to improve the welfare, education, and social and economic conditions of underprivileged populations. It works particularly with children, young people and women living in poor conditions in Morocco. It has three projects in operation: - Tanouir +, which works to keep children from dropping out of public schools; - Tanouiri Wa Mostakbali, a sociocultural programme providing assistance to school children in rural areas; - Talents de femmes, which helps to empower women socio-economically by creating activities through which they can generate an income.
